100% Agave Cupreata (Chino)
Made from Michoacán’s distinctive Cupreata varietal, locally known as Chino, this stunning agave takes roughly 8 to 10 years to mature before it can be harvested for mezcal production. Distilled in 2023 (only 360 bottles released), this artisanal mezcal strikes the right balance with a delicate herbaceous profile.
Mocel Mezcal is crafted using artisanal methods. We run limited batches of agave expression so no two batches are identical. Just like our mezcal, each ceramic bottle is crafted by Mexican artisans to be beautifully distinct.
