Join us on December 6th for a sensory experience celebrating the craftsmanship behind small-batched chocolate and award-winning mezcal.

This intimate tasting brings together two women-owned, heritage-driven brands:

MOCEL Mezcal — a small-batch mezcal brand from Michoacán, co-founded by Rosalinda and Elizabeth Mendoza, recently featured in Forbes.

CURATE — a bean-to-bar chocolate shop led by Dorrinda Carlson, dedicated to showcasing the stories and origins behind each cacao,

Together, we’ll explore:

  • How to taste and evaluate single-origin chocolate

  • The history and process behind mezcal—North America’s oldest distilled spirit

  • Pairing techniques that enhance flavor, texture, and aroma

  • The cultural heritage and people behind each element we savor
